SCHRITTE
Cut the cheddar cheese and melting cheese into quarters.
Slice the bacon into 1 cm wide strips.
Line a microwave-safe plate with parchment paper and arrange the cheese slices separately. Place bacon on the cheddar cheese and sprinkle black pepper on the melting cheese.
Microwave at 600W for about 3 minutes without covering, then let cool.
Carefully peel the crisps off the parchment paper, plate them, and serve with honey and Tabasco on the side.
