ZUTATEN
Main Ingredients
- 1 bell pepper or chili pepper
- 🐖 200-300g ground pork
- 🧄 4-5 cloves minced garlic
Seasonings
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2-3 tbsp cornstarch mixed with water
SCHRITTE
Wash and deseed the bell pepper or chili pepper, then slice into thin strips.
Heat a frying pan until hot, then add cooking oil and coat the pan evenly.
Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant, just before turning golden.
Add ground pork to the pan and stir-fry until the pink color disappears.
Add the sliced bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry until slightly softened.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, black pepper, and water to create a sauce, then add it to the pan along with oyster sauce.
Pour the cornstarch slurry into the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.
Transfer the stir-fry to a serving dish and enjoy hot.
