- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- Pinch of sliced chili
- 🧂 Pinch of salt

SCHRITTE
Cut off the ends of the cucumber, slice it lengthwise into quarters, and cut into 3cm pieces. Rub with a pinch of salt (for seasoning) and let sit for 5 minutes.
Finely chop the anchovy fillets.
In a storage bag, mix anchovy, grated garlic, chili, salt, and olive oil. Add the cucumber and black olives, mix well, and refrigerate for 10 minutes to let the flavors meld.
