ZUTATEN
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets horse mackerel (70g each)
Vegetables
- 🍆 1 eggplant
- 2 okra
- 1 myoga
Staples
- 🌾 1 tsp flour
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 💧 50cc water
SCHRITTE
Prepare the horse mackerel fillets by patting them dry and lightly coating them with flour.
Cut the eggplant into bite-sized pieces and trim the okra. Slice the myoga thinly.
Heat salad oil in a pan and pan-fry the horse mackerel fillets until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté the eggplant and okra until tender. Remove and set aside.
Mix sugar, ponzu sauce, and water to create the nanban sauce.
Arrange the fried fish and sautéed vegetables on a plate. Pour the nanban sauce over them and garnish with sliced myoga.
