- 🌱 3 asparagus spears (60g)

- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

SCHRITTE
Trim the ends of the asparagus and peel the tough parts. Cut them in half and place in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Cut the chikuwa sticks in half lengthwise.
Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and place the chikuwa halves on it. Spread mayonnaise into the grooves of the chikuwa. Place the asparagus pieces in the grooves and sprinkle pizza cheese on top. Repeat for all 6 pieces. Bake in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
Sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving.
