- 🥑 1 avocado, diced into 2cm cubes

- 1 can (190g) mackerel in water
Spices
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
SCHRITTE
Cut the avocado lengthwise, remove the seed and skin, and dice into 2cm cubes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the canned mackerel, and stir-fry briefly while breaking it apart.
Add the diced avocado and stir-fry over medium heat for about 1 minute.
Add curry powder, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine evenly.
