- 2 tbsp olive oil
SCHRITTE
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and peel, then dice into bite-sized pieces. Remove the stems from cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Slice the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (soy sauce, yuzu pepper, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil). Add the avocado, cherry tomatoes, and octopus, then gently toss to combine.
