Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 cup cooked rice
- 🥓 6 slices of bacon
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 🧅 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 🥕 1/4 cup chopped carrot
- 🧀 2 slices of cheese
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
SCHRITTE
Chop the carrot, bell pepper, and onion into small pieces.
Heat a pan with a little oil and stir-fry the vegetables until softened.
Add cooked rice to the pan, then season with sesame seeds and sesame oil. Stir-fry until well combined.
Lay a slice of bacon flat and place a slice of cheese on top.
Shape the rice mixture into small, elongated balls and place them on top of the cheese.
Roll the bacon around the rice and cheese, securing the ends tightly.
Place the rolls seam-side down in a heated pan and cook until the bacon is lightly browned, turning occasionally.
