SCHRITTE
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Finely chop the bacon.
Dust a cutting board with flour and cut the puff pastry sheet in half.
Spread chopped bacon evenly on one half of the pastry sheet and sprinkle with black pepper. Place the other half of the pastry sheet on top, dust with flour, roll out slightly larger, and poke holes with a fork. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Place the pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them. Bake in the preheated oven for 10–15 minutes.
In a saucepan, heat milk and torn slices of cheese over medium heat, stirring until the cheese melts.
Drizzle the melted cheese sauce over the baked pastry pieces.
