Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
- 🥓 3 strips of bacon
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🧄 4 stalks of green onion
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp water
SCHRITTE
Mix soy sauce, corn syrup, cooking wine, oyster sauce, and water to create the sauce.
Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy, then set aside.
Add cooking oil to the same pan and sauté the onion until softened.
Pour the sauce into the pan with the onion and simmer until slightly thickened.
Add sesame oil to the onion mixture and mix well.
Fry an egg in a separate pan with cooking oil.
Plate the cooked rice, top with the onion mixture, bacon, and fried egg.
Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
