- 300g bean sprouts
- 1 stalk green onion

- 🍚 1.5 cups cooked rice
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 0.7 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine

- 🥚 1 fried egg
- 1 tbsp seaweed flakes
SCHRITTE
Mix gochujang, chili powder, minced garlic, sugar, soy sauce, and cooking wine in a bowl to create the sauce.
Wash the bean sprouts and blanch them in boiling water with 1 tsp salt.
Rinse the blanched bean sprouts in cold water and drain them thoroughly.
Slice the green onion thinly and sauté in a heated pan with cooking oil.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and stir well.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix thoroughly with the sauce.
Add the blanched bean sprouts and stir to combine evenly.
Finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds, mixing one last time.
Serve the stir-fried rice in a bowl, topped with a fried egg and seaweed flakes.
