Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 serving of cooked rice
- 1 bowl of bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 stalk of green onion
- 🥕 1/4 cup diced carrot
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp seaweed flakes
- 🌰 1 tbsp chopped nuts
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
SCHRITTE
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing gochujang, sugar, soy sauce, mirin, minced garlic, chili powder, and black pepper. Adjust the consistency with chili powder.
Blanch the bean sprouts briefly and remove excess water.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and sauté the chopped green onion until fragrant.
Add diced carrot to the pan and stir-fry until slightly softened.
Add the prepared seasoning sauce to the pan and mix well.
Add the cooked rice and stir-fry until evenly coated with the sauce.
Add the blanched bean sprouts and mix gently.
Serve the stir-fried rice in a bowl and garnish with seaweed flakes and chopped nuts.
