SCHRITTE
Season the filleted horse mackerels with salt and pepper, let them sit for 5 minutes, and pat dry with kitchen paper. Coat them in flour, then beaten egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 170°C (340°F), ensuring the oil is about 3cm deep. Fry the breaded horse mackerels until golden brown. Serve with shredded cabbage, cherry tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce.
