- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
SCHRITTE
Cut the muscle fibers of the pork slices and coat both sides with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the pork slices until both sides are browned.
Add the sauce ingredients and simmer while stirring until the sauce thickens and coats the pork.
