- 1/4 head lettuce
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Cut the lettuce into thin strips. Place the bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Drain the excess water.
Mix the heated bean sprouts, lettuce, and the seasoning ingredients (sesame oil, salt, pepper, and white sesame seeds) together.
