- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 🌰 2 tbsp ground white sesame
SCHRITTE
Place the bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Drain excess water and let cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix the shirodashi, water, and ground sesame. Add the cooled bean sprouts and toss to combine.
