- A pinch of grated ginger
SCHRITTE
Place bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Once cooled, squeeze out excess water.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, sugar, grated ginger). Add the bean sprouts and sakura shrimp, mix well, and serve.
