ZUTATEN
Meat
- 🥩 100g thinly sliced beef loin
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g), julienned
- 2 bell peppers (60g), julienned
Seasoning
- 2 tsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
SCHRITTE
Julienne the potatoes. Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and stem, and slice into 5mm strips.
Cut the beef into 1cm wide strips and place in a bowl.
Add sake, soy sauce, and grated ginger to the beef and massage well. Add cornstarch and massage again.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce) in a separate bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potatoes and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add the beef and continue stir-frying.
Once the beef changes color, add the bell peppers and sauce. Stir to coat everything evenly.
