- 🥩 200g thinly sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g cabbage, chopped
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp miso
SCHRITTE
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all the seasonings (☆) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the beef, and stir-fry until the color changes. Then add the cabbage and stir-fry until softened.
Pour the mixed seasonings (☆) into the pan and stir-fry until everything is evenly coated.
