ZUTATEN
Protein
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
- 1 piece (190g) fried tofu
Vegetables
- 90g burdock root, sliced
- 2 slices ginger
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 💧 100cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
SCHRITTE
Scrape the skin off the burdock root with the back of a knife, slice diagonally, and soak in water. Drain well. Cut ginger into thin strips.
Pat the fried tofu dry with paper towels and cut into 12 equal pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add beef and stir-fry until the color changes. Add burdock root and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add tofu, ginger, and seasonings (☆), then mix well. Cover and simmer for 7-8 minutes until the burdock root softens.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle chopped green onion on top.
