- 🥒 1 zucchini (about 200g)
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Condiments
- 1 piece julienned ginger
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of ground black pepper
- 2 tsp cooking wine
Cooking Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Beef Marinade
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp cooking wine
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp salad oil
SCHRITTE
Cut off the zucchini stem, slice into 4-5cm pieces, and quarter lengthwise. Place beef in a bowl and mix with marinade ingredients.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add beef and ginger, stir-frying until the beef changes color. Push beef to the side, add zucchini, and sear. Flip zucchini occasionally, then add finishing seasonings and stir quickly.
