- 🥩 200g sliced beef

- 1 burdock root (approx. 150g)
- 1/2 piece julienned ginger

- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 3 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 1 cup water
SCHRITTE
Peel and slice the burdock root thinly, then soak in water to remove bitterness.
Heat salad oil in a pan and sauté the beef until browned.
Add burdock root, konjac, and ginger to the pan. Stir-fry until fragrant.
Season with salt, sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and water. Mix well.
Simmer the mixture over medium heat for 15 minutes or until the burdock root is tender.
