Noodles
- 50g glass noodles
Meat
- 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 100g garlic sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g)
- 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- To taste white sesame seeds
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/3 tsp garlic paste
- 💧 150ml water
SCHRITTE
Prepare all ingredients by slicing vegetables and beef.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry beef until browned.
Add garlic sprouts, onion, and carrot to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Mix sake, sugar, soy sauce, garlic paste, and water to create the sauce.
Add glass noodles and sauce to the pan, cooking until noodles absorb the liquid and soften.
Season with salt and pepper, garnish with white sesame seeds, and serve hot.
