- 🥩 150g thinly sliced beef
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 10 perilla leaves
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 0.5 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
SCHRITTE
Place the beef slices on a paper towel to remove excess blood.
Prepare 10 pieces of perilla leaves and slice the bell pepper into strips.
Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
Lay a slice of beef flat, place a perilla leaf and bell pepper strip on top, and roll tightly.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and cook the beef rolls on low heat.
Pour the prepared sauce over the rolls while cooking and let them absorb the flavor.
Slice the rolls diagonally and plate them attractively.
