ZUTATEN
Rice
- 🍚 600g warm cooked rice
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp concentrated noodle sauce
Vegetables
- 🧅 3 stalks chopped green onion
Protein
- 🐟 70g canned tuna in oil
Condiments
- 🥫 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Cheese
- 🧀 2 slices melting cheese
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
SCHRITTE
Chop the green onions into small pieces. Mix the canned tuna with mayonnaise to create tuna mayo.
Combine the warm cooked rice with concentrated noodle sauce in a bowl.
Heat half of the sesame oil in a rectangular pan and spread it evenly. Add half of the rice mixture and flatten it across the pan.
Layer the chopped green onions, tuna mayo, and melting cheese on top of the rice. Cover with the remaining rice mixture and flatten.
Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes until the bottom is crispy. Flip onto a plate, add the remaining sesame oil to the pan, and cook the other side for another 10 minutes until crispy.
Remove from the pan, cut into bite-sized pieces, and serve.
