- 🍄 600g enoki mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 green chilies, sliced
Seasoning
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 🧂 2/3 cup sugar
- 💧 2/3 cup water
SCHRITTE
Trim the base of the enoki mushrooms and tear them into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the green chilies and chop the onion finely.
In a pan, combine soy sauce, sugar, and water in a 1:1:1 ratio and bring to a boil.
Add the enoki mushrooms, onion, and green chilies to the boiling sauce and simmer.
Reduce the sauce until it becomes thick and coats the ingredients well.
