- 🐖 300g pork neck
- 🧄 45g whole garlic
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of peperoncino
Soy Sauce Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- Pinch of sesame oil
- 💧 1/4 cup water
SCHRITTE
Cut the pork neck into bite-sized pieces.
Trim the ends of the garlic and prepare them.
Marinate the pork with salt, pepper, and cooking wine for 10 minutes.
Mix the soy sauce seasoning ingredients to create the sauce.
Coat the marinated pork with cornstarch.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and cook the whole garlic evenly.
Add the pork to the pan and cook together with the garlic.
Pour the soy sauce seasoning into the pan and braise on high heat.
Add peperoncino and stir-fry to finish.
