ZUTATEN
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 300g tofu
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🧅 4 stalks green onion
- 1-2 chili peppers
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
SCHRITTE
Cut tofu into uniform pieces and season with a pinch of salt.
Peel and rinse potatoes to remove starch.
Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl: soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, chili powder, gochujang, sugar, and minced garlic.
Heat a pan with oil, fry tofu until golden, and set aside. Fry potatoes until golden as well.
Add the sauce to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Pour in 2 cups (400ml) of water and bring to a boil.
Add tofu, cover the pan, and simmer on medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
Uncover, add corn syrup, green onion, and chili peppers. Stir well and serve.
