Main Ingredients
- 🧈 500g tofu
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
Seasonings
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 💧 5 tbsp water
- A pinch of pepper
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Rinse the tofu briefly in cold water.
Cut the tofu into thick rectangular pieces and finely chop the green onion.
Mix the seasonings (soy sauce, minced garlic, sugar, oyster sauce, water, sesame oil, pepper, sesame seeds) to create the sauce.
Place the tofu pieces in a pan and sprinkle the chopped green onion on top.
Pour the sauce evenly over the tofu.
Cook over medium heat, occasionally spooning the sauce over the tofu until the flavors are absorbed.
