SCHRITTE
Separate broccoli into small florets, place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add scallops, and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Add broccoli to the pan, stir-fry briefly, then add grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for about 1 minute.
