SCHRITTE
Cut broccoli into small florets. Mince garlic after removing its core.
Heat butter and garlic in a pan over medium-low heat until fragrant. Add boiled scallops and broccoli, stirring until coated with butter.
Add sake, cover the pan, and steam for 2 minutes. Then add anchovy paste and stir until the liquid evaporates.
