SCHRITTE
Cut the broccoli into small florets. Place them in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain.
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, mustard, and water. Add the broccoli and squid, and toss to combine.
