    • Water to cover broccoli
  • Miso Dressing

    • 1 tbsp miso
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🌰 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
    • 2 tbsp vinegar
    • 🍯 2 tbsp honey
    • 🥛 2 tbsp milk

Trim and wash broccoli in lukewarm water with baking soda. Rinse twice and blanch in boiling water with 1 tsp salt for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
