- 🍅 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes

- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 🥛 100g plain yogurt, unsweetened
- 🧈 20g melted salted butter
- 🧄 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
Finishing Ingredients
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🧀 30g shredded pizza cheese
SCHRITTE
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Place the chicken, curry powder, yogurt, melted butter, garlic paste, cumin, and consomme in a bag. Massage the mixture into the chicken and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Mince the onion finely.
Add the marinated chicken, minced onion, and canned tomatoes to the rice cooker. Mix well and cook on the standard rice setting. Once cooked, add the finishing ingredients (salt, butter, and cheese) and mix until well combined.
