Vegetables
- 🥬 1/8 cabbage, diced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, diced
Meat
- 🥩 200g thinly sliced beef
Condiments
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
Herbs
- 🧅 1 tbsp minced green onion
Liquid
- 500cc rice water
SCHRITTE
Dice cabbage and onion into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare thinly sliced beef for cooking.
Sauté beef with minced garlic in a pot until browned.
Add diced cabbage and onion to the pot and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Pour rice water into the pot and bring to a simmer.
Mix in miso paste and stir well.
Season with fish sauce to taste.
Add minced green onion and simmer briefly before serving.
