SCHRITTE
Cut the cabbage into halves vertically, then slice into 1cm wide strips.
Place the cabbage in a bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Drain thoroughly.
Mash the hanpen in a plastic bag, then mix it with the cabbage, ground white sesame, and soy sauce.
