SCHRITTE
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Heat butter in a frying pan, spread the cabbage evenly, and place the salmon on top.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, water), cover with a lid, and steam on low heat for 10 minutes.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
