- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage, thickly sliced
Protein
- 🐟 1 can tuna, drained
- 🥚 2 fried eggs
Condiments
- 🌿 Some seasoned seaweed, chopped
- 3 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🍶 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp stevia sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp salt
SCHRITTE
Slice 1/4 head of cabbage thickly and set aside.
Mix red pepper powder, vinegar, minced garlic, stevia sugar, and salt in a bowl.
Drain the tuna and prepare 2 fried eggs. Chop the seasoned seaweed.
Place rice in a bowl, then layer cabbage, tuna, fried eggs, and chopped seaweed on top.
Mix everything thoroughly and enjoy.
