ZUTATEN
Meat
- 200g ground meat
Vegetables
- 250g minced cabbage
Cheese
- 2 pieces processed cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Breading
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- Flour as needed
- 🥚 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs for coating
Cooking Oil
- Salad oil as needed
Condiments
- Tonkatsu sauce as needed
- Mayonnaise as needed
SCHRITTE
Cut the processed cheese into halves. Mince the cabbage finely and place it in a bowl. Add salt, rub well, and let sit for 10 minutes until water is released. Squeeze out excess moisture.
In the same bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, and black pepper. Divide into 4 portions and shape into balls, placing cheese in the center.
Coat the balls in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a frying pot to 170°C and fry the balls until golden brown. Serve with mayonnaise and tonkatsu sauce as desired.
