    • 🧂 1/3 tbsp salt
  • Wasabi Sauce

    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp anchovy kelp stock
    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • a pinch of wasabi

Boil water with the anchovy stock pack until the broth is infused.

Remove the stock pack and season the broth with soy sauce, tuna sauce, and salt.
