Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
SCHRITTE
Cut the carrot lengthwise into halves, then slice into half-moons.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and add the canned mackerel. Break it apart and stir-fry briefly.
Add the carrot and stir-fry over medium-low heat for 2–3 minutes until softened.
Season with salt and pepper, then stir to combine.
