- 2 tbsp dried hijiki
Dressing
- 1 cod roe (25g)
- 🍋 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
SCHRITTE
Peel and julienne the carrot into thin strips.
Rinse and drain the dried hijiki.
In a bowl, mix cod roe, lemon juice, soy sauce, pepper, and olive oil to create the dressing.
Combine the carrot, hijiki, and dressing in a large bowl.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
