- 🥕 1 medium carrot (120g), peeled and julienned
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp salted kombu
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Peel the carrot with a peeler, cut into 4cm-long diagonal slices, and julienne.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the carrot, and stir-fry until softened. Add salted kombu and white sesame seeds, then stir until well combined.
