- 🍗 1 chicken breast (50g)
- 🥬 1 celery stalk
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Place the chicken breast on a microwave-safe plate and sprinkle with sake. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let it cool with the wrap on to ensure it's fully cooked.
Remove the strings from the celery and slice it thinly at an angle.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, sesame oil, and white sesame seeds). Shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces and add it along with the celery. Toss everything together.
