Main Ingredients
- 1 piece (100g) hanpen
- 🥬 1/2 stalk celery
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion, minced
Seasoning
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍶 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
SCHRITTE
Cut the hanpen into 1cm cubes.
Peel the celery with a peeler to remove strings, then slice it into 1cm wide pieces. Mince the green onion.
In a bowl, mix the minced green onion with all the seasoning ingredients. Add the hanpen and celery, then toss to combine.
