SCHRITTE
Remove the strings from the celery and slice it thinly at an angle.
Make a cut in the cod roe skin and extract the contents.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Once it starts to melt, add the celery and stir-fry until coated.
Add the seasonings and cod roe to the pan, and stir-fry until the cod roe changes color.
