SCHRITTE
Remove the strings from the celery, slice it diagonally, and cut the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the celery, tuna, mayonnaise, and pepper together.
Place cheese and filling on a spring roll wrapper, roll it up, and seal the end with the flour-water mixture.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 160°C and fry the rolls until crispy.
