    • 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion (85g)

    • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • Seasoning

    • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

Finely chop the green onion and slice the garlic thinly. Remove the core of the garlic using a toothpick.

Cut the chicken thigh into small bite-sized pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add garlic and green onion, stirring until the oil is infused.

Push the garlic and green onion to the side of the pan. Add chicken to the empty space and cook over medium heat until the chicken changes color. Increase heat to medium-high and stir-fry until golden brown. Add soy sauce and salt and pepper, mixing well.

Mix the cooked chicken mixture with the rice. Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
