- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Wash the bok choy thoroughly.
Separate the bok choy leaves and remove excess water.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing red pepper powder, sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, vinegar, anchovy sauce, and sesame oil (0.5 tbsp).
Combine the bok choy with the seasoning and mix thoroughly.
