  • Ume Sauce

    • 2 ume plums
    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce

Cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces after removing the skin and seed. Mash the ume plums into a paste.
